RELAXATION/SWEDISH
Perfect for you if you want to relax and release tension from your whole body or few targeted areas through the application of light, medium, or firm pressure.

DEEP TISSUE
Perfect for you if you want to release tension from your whole body or a few targeted areas through the application of deep and slow pressure and/or your relaxation preference is deep pressure.

Main Goals: Releasing tension from muscle, tendons, and fascia; and/or relaxation with a preference for deep pressure.

Pressure: Mostly deep, lightening up in areas of sensitivity.

SPORTS MASSAGE
Perfect for you if you’re an athlete, recovering from an injury, and/or want a treatment that incorporates manual massage, assisted stretching, assisted mobilization, and functional movement.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Perfect for you if you’re 3-9 months pregnant or recently gave birth.
We have highly specialized prenatal massage therapists who are skilled in both side-lying and belly-down massage. Both prenatal and post-partum massage are wonderfully beneficial for creating balance and space in preparation for labor, helping baby move into optimal positioning, relieving aches and pains of pregnancy, and to accelerate post-partum recovery.

WHAT TO EXPECT
How to Prepare

Dress however you'd like as you'll get undressed for your massage.

If you're coming for Sports Massage, come in clothes you can comfortably move and stretch in for the movement portions of the treatment.

Avoid alcohol, drugs, and other substance on the day of your massage.
-
Avoid eating a big meal an hour before your massage.
What to Bring
-
Clients and massage therapists are no longer required to wear masks during sessions. However, clients can always choose to wear a mask and request that their therapist also wear a mask.
Outlining the Massage Experience
-
Massages are 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 2 hours long.
-
Upon arrival, you'll check in with our staff and then start your session with your therapist.
-
Your therapist will conduct an intake if it is your first time.
-
Your therapist will talk with you about how you're feeling and identify your needs for the treatment.
-
The therapist will leave the room, and you'll undress and get on the table under the top sheet.
-
You can undress to your comfort level. Some people prefer to keep their underwear on and that's fine.
-
Your therapist will re-enter the room and you'll begin the treatment.
-
Your therapist will check in with you to find the level of pressure that is right for you.
-
When your session is over, your therapist will leave the room, giving you time to get dressed.

Your therapist will talk with you after your session.
-
You are welcome to use our facilities, spend some time in the lounge, or enjoy another service after your massage.
